Job Title:Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:Our well established and forward-thinking client is seeking a dynamic CSR. Our client is known for promoting from with-in and is committed to open communication, training and exceeding goals.

If you are a highly-driven customer service representative and a motivated individual with some sales background, you are perfect for this role.



Job Summary: The customer service representative is responsible to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.



Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment is an asset.



Primary Responsibilities:

Answers daily correspondence via telephone and email.
Provides order assistance and product information.
Assists customers daily with the full order cycle, from order entry to fulfillment.
Creates and sends invoices, quotes prices, and advises customers of product availability.
Investigates and resolves problems and complaints of varying complexity regarding fulfillment (claims, late shipments, back-orders, as well as erroneous, damaged, or lost shipments).
Documents and communicates customer feedback and complaints regularly.
Liaises with other departments to expedite customer complaints.
Requirements: High School Diploma required; Bachelorís Degree or College Diploma preferred.
5 years of customer service, order taking or related experience in a consumer products or manufacturing environment.
Experience working with an ERP system.
Advanced technical skills, including sound understanding the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Track record of resolving customer conflict is mandatory
