Human Resources Business Partner
Our client is seeking an ambitious Human Resources professional. If you are self-motivated & organized we’d like to hear from you!
Your role will consist of:
– provide administrative support for Benefits & Compensation
– ensure up to date personnel records
– assist in recruiting & lead the onboarding of new employees
– be a resource for all employees regarding policy & procedures
– oversee bargaining unit relations
– participate, assist employee reviews
– participate in various HR related projects
– post secondary degree/diploma in a related field preferably with CHRM/CHRL or similar designation OR extensive relevant experience
– 3 or more years related experience in unionized manufacturing/heavy industrial environment
- Bilingual (English and French) an asset
