    Job Description

    Our highly regarded client in the high-speed packaging industry is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their Maintenance team.

    You would supervise front-line employees in the safe and efficient maintenance of mobile and fixed assets. The successful candidate will exceed expectations through the knowledge, skills, and experience that they bring as well as the ability to motivate and foster teamwork.
    Candidates must possess experience in the supervision of skilled trades personnel, high-speed equipment repair, a maintenance management software system, and a skilled trades license.

    Food, Beverage, pharmaceuticals or high-speed packaging and HACCP experience are preferred. Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis is a strong requirement.
    Post-secondary education consisting of a university degree or related college diploma and trade certification.
