    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for this excellent growth opportunity in Rolla, Missouri

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage skilled trades personnel during designated shift

    • Proactively engage employees in tasks, ensuring the priority of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness

    • Comply strictly with all relevant procedures, policies, and regulations

    • Handle the planning and budget management for the maintenance department

    • Guarantee timely completion of Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules

    • Oversee and implement Continuous Improvement strategies

    • Address machinery breakdowns swiftly utilizing efficient troubleshooting techniques

    • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors

    • Exhibit adaptability to diverse work situations and individuals while focusing on results

    • Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external parties

    • Encourage open communication and promote teamwork

    • Make informed decisions considering resources, limitations, and company values

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or training program such as Electrician, Millwright, Plumber, Pipe Fitter, etc.

    • Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a production setting, including some managerial experience

    • Familiarity with the technologies, methodologies, and techniques used in manufacturing systems

    • Capable of analyzing and enhancing Predictive and Preventive Maintenance strategies in a production facility

    • Strong analytical, decision-making and project management abilities

    • Proficiency in MS Office suite

    • Knowledge of Employment Standards, and Collective Agreement regulations

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities

    • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving

    • Understanding of process controls and programming

    • Ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders

    • Capability to work efficiently in a unionized environment with skilled trades professionals

    • Willingness to work a designated shift, and potentially be available for additional shifts or special projects when required.
