Job Title: Afternoon Production Supervisor

Location: London, Ontario

The Company, an esteemed production facility located in London, is actively seeking a qualified candidate to fill the full-time, permanent role of Afternoon Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Afternoon Production Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and oversee daily operations in the production department.
• Manage staff scheduling and conduct performance appraisals.
• Provide leadership to the production and maintenance team.
• Implement strategies for cost improvement in operations.
• Enhance department efficiency through innovative initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of the packaging line.
• Participate in leadership discussions, contributing to the overall site management.
• Uphold safety and quality standards across all operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a related field.
• Comprehensive experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Proven experience working with high-speed automated production lines.
